Corvus Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pastebar for personal or commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

You may not:

• ×Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• ×Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• ×Redistribute or sublicense the application
• ×Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Pastebar and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Corvus Technologies. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

The application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Corvus Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Corvus Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are solely responsible for your clipboard data and any content copied through the application.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Corvus Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
